2027: Taraba Igbo Community Endorse Gov Kefas

Taraba state governor, Dr. Agbu Kefas has been endorsed by the Igbo Community Association (ICA), Jalingo branch.

In a letter of endorsement signed by tha Association President General, Deacon Michael C. Adili, the body noted that Dr. Kefas has performed credibly well in the areas of security and free education.

The letter read in part “it will interest you to that this decision did not only come from our mouth but also from our hearts.”

“Your Excellency sir, before you took over leadership of this noble state, the entire state was under attacks from gun men and kidnapping which affected the entire state and igbos in the state equally faced similar challenges, sleepless night, trauma and we lost millions of Naira to mention but a few…”

“Your Excellency, it will interest you to know that your coming is nothing but the coming of a saviour.”

He said the peace has also boosted business and peaceful co existence.

The letter also hailed the free education policy of the administration. The Igbo Community noted that the policy has helped the community greatly in reducing the burden of training children and wards in schools.

In addition, the group congratulated the governor on his resolve to fix roads within the state and the jalingo metropolis. They noted that the roads have continued to link communities and enhance businesses.

The group assured the governor of their unwavering support, especially the ongoing PVC registration.

In his response at the event, the Director-General of the Dr. Agbu Kefas re election Campaign, Hon Danladi Baido said the development is a welcome one. He conveyed the good will message of the governor to the Association, reassuring of them of the governor’s continous support.
